Kim Crawford Pinot Gris

Full bodied


Produced using Pinot Gris vines, half have been exposed giving weight and mouthfeel whilst the other half have been shaded offering more intense aromatics. Prior to bottling, a small proportion of Chardonnay is added to develop the weight.
Pale straw with hints of green, the nose shows apple and Nashi pear with lifted nutty, butterscotch malo notes.
The palate is rich and full.
Fresh and well balanced with the partial malolactic fermentation adding complexity with a touch of residual sugar adding fleshy qualities to this wine with persistancy.
