Klein Constantia Riesling
Full and fresh
Klein Constantia lies on the narrow Cape Peninsula which projects southwards into the southern Atlantic Ocean, where exposure to maritime and mountain influences are ideal for quality wine production.
Green gold in appearance. The nose bursts with citrus blossom aromas and a fine mineral note. The palate is fresh, with a firm acid backbone and good weight. The citrus flavours persist well into the finish and are supported by a broad, elegant mouthfeel.
We're looking forward to the development of botrytis characters in a couple of years time.
