Pairs with: Fried oysters, fried fish, butter sauces, saffron, aļoli


Light yellow-gold. Ripe lemon, pear and nectarine on the nose, with suave floral and chalky mineral qualities building with air. Fleshy, dry and mineral-driven, offering bitter quinine and citrus pith flavors that flesh out and deepen with air. Shows excellent clarity and lift on the incisive finish, which features notes of chamomile, ginger and white flowers.
