Cherry red in colour, with clear, limpid, violet notes. A medium high aromatic intensity with notes of red fruit with a gripping and bold initial attack and enveloping tannins that are long-lasting. The grapes are selected on site and harvested manually. Temperature-controlled fermentation with light bâtonnage of sediments all throughout, the wine is then aged in concrete and steel tanks for 6 months.
Ideal with paella, rice stews, pastas, meat stews, cold cuts, chicken, mixed salads.
Risky Grapes Wine Co. came to life as a new project of taking into account new habits of wine consumption in contemporary culture, and a search for new gastronomical experiences, flavours, and trends. With this vision as guide, their range of wines are innovative on the palate yet have an undeniably Mediterranean freshness and taste. From the choice of vineyards and the varieties that are cultivated within them, to the quality of the soils that use natural vegetable cover and other ecological practices, and the struggle to bring back native grape varieties such as the Bobal and Merseguera, the team’s passion lies in bringing to each bottle of wine a perfect reflection of the geography and climate of the area.
“But what drives us the most is the
possibility of sharing, because the most rewarding thing we can possibly think of is that of bringing people together in the spirit of friendship.”
