This wine undergoes one year oak barrel ageing and a further 6 - 8 months ageing in bottle before release making round and soft tannins. This wine has great structure making it suitable for long ageing but its soft tannins make it suitable for drinking young also. Flavours of vanilla and liquorice as well as deep fruit can be found here in this crossing between Nebbiolo and Barbera.
