Founded by Seresin's winemaker Clive Dougall, this Sauvignon Blanc is fermented with wild yeasts and partially in oak barrels to add texture and complexity. Tropical fruit, lime and gooseberry on the palate with pleasing acidity and mouth watering finish. Respect for the environment and care of the grapes is taken very seriously and certainly comes through when tasting. Pair with aromatic Thai curries and most fish dishes.
