Finca Bacara, Time Waits For No One, Black Skull
Deep ruby with clear wine tears with a remarkable intensity of ripe fruits as cherries, blackberries, and plums. Balsamic notes with hints of leather and liquorice. On the palate, perfect ripeness to the fruits and viscosity of texture with soft and smooth tannins that end in a round finish. The grapes have been manually harvested; the vinification is performed separately depending on the ripeness. The wine is then fermented at low temperature to preserve the most primitive flavour.
Ideal with grilled meat, braised beef, cured cheeses, charcuterie board.

Founded in 2016, Finca Bacara is a project born with the purpose of transmitting the best expression of wines and old Monastrell vines, to acknowledge the climate and the soil. Their wines are produced with minimal intervention and the team process the grapes with extra care. The aim is to defend the authenticity of Monastrell grapes, as a tribute to our land. Nestled in the southeast of Spain, the winery is located in a high-altitude valley of 900 meters above sea level, flanked by the cities of Alicante, Albacete, and Murcia. Monastrell is the autochthonous grape variety of DOP Jumilla. Finca Bacara provides 100% Vegan and Gluten-free wines.
