Mezan Belize 2008

A Belizean rum distilled from local molasses. This vintage is aged 6 years in heavily charred ex-bourbon barrels, gaining spicy flavours, vanilla and smoke. It then undergoes 4 years ageing further in white oak Bourbon barrels that were previously filled with other Caribbean rums.
