Padstow Rose Gin

Rose Padstow Gin combines the delicate spice of pink peppercorns with the decadent scent of roses. Some may assume a rose gin to be sweet, but this is light, subtle and smooth. To make the pink gin, the finest Padstow barley from Tregirls Farm is used, grown in the fields above St. George's Well on the Camel Estuary, infused with tastes of the ocean. The flavour of this rose gin has been developed from the petals and hips of the Rosa Rugosa which grows wildly along the beach edge.
